While we try to give an accurate description of the things we sell, a great majority of the items that we sell are used. Therefore, it is understandable that a difference of opinion may arise on occasion. So we offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for items you receive in unsatisfactory condition.

REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED UNDER THESE CONDITIONS:

We will refund the FULL purchase price & ORIGINAL shipping charges. Shipping charges to send item back is paid by customer.

VINYL RECORDS
If the record is not in satisfactory condition, the customer must notify Turntable Treasures within 3 days of receiving record. The customer must ship the record back WITHIN 10 days of our reply to receive FULL REFUND of purchase price and BOTH SHIPPING CHARGES.
